Lecture at the SpotHostel in Tel Aviv for a group from the USA with "russian" background 15.07.24

I had the honor of delivering a lecture to a group of Taglit-Onward #Volunteers from the #USA, all of whom have "Russian heritage". In addition to their proficiency in English, the majority of them are also fluent in Russian.

After my #lectures, participants often inquire about recommendations for following individuals on social media or finding more information about the "conflict." I typically respond by emphasizing that the depth of exploration depends on their personal interest. Presently, to counter prevalent propaganda in academic circles and social media, activists like Yosef Hadad and journalist Douglas Murray offer insightful and active perspectives. For those seeking a clear pro-Israel standpoint, sources such as Standwithus and Natasha Hausdorff, Director of UK Lawyers for #Israel, provide valuable insights into the core issues and factual information.

Personally, I diversify my information sources by also engaging with platforms like Al-Jazeera or Palestinian sources to challenge my perspectives and expose myself to different viewpoints for critical evaluation.

The conflict at hand is complex, and straightforward solutions are often elusive. However, it is essential to unequivocally identify lies or inaccurate historical information as untrue, as they do not contribute constructively to resolving the conflict.
